RETURNS

Due to COVID-19 risks and sanitary purposes, eyelash products are NOT eligible for refunds.

If the product is damaged or defective please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return on a defective/damaged item, the item must be in the same condition that you received it (no signs of wear/use) and in its original packaging. 

Please contact us to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
