Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 1-3 days for processing time, not accounting holidays and non business days, though we will always choose to process orders as soon as possible.  Products are shipped out in the order they are received.  Depending on weight, volume, postal code and shipping method (selected at checkout), cost of shipping may go up. 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping rates will be shown at checkout prior to making purchases and can vary based on the packages weight and distance.  Please allow up to 3 business days for processing time and 5-8 business days for shipment.  Delivery time can also vary if the package is being shipped to a remote area.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 days for processing time and 5-20 business days for shipment.  Note that customs processing time may delay a delivery.  Fees may apply according to your country, and we are not responsible for a customs delay or applicable fees. 

ORDER TRACKING

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.  If an order is received on a Friday, please note that the tracking may not activate until the following Monday.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any packages that have been confirmed to be delivered, that have been lost or stolen from the destination.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for lost packages due to inputing an incorrect shipping address.  If the item is returned to us, the customer will be refunded for the item and is responsible for cost of redelivery if they would like to re-order.
